Mental Health Awareness and Best Practice in PE

Physical education teachers are in a unique position to notice, hear, and support students in ways that may not always happen in a traditional classroom. Movement can help students feel safe, talk, connect, and regulate emotions. This session will include light movement, reflection, and practical examples for recognizing concerns, knowing who to turn to, and building SEL and safe practices into daily PE routines.
