About me
Mark Foellmer taught middle school Physical Education at Wentworth Junior High School for 24 years. An active leader in both IAHPERD and SHAPE America, he currently serves as IAHPERD Joint Projects Chair, Social Media Chair, and Midwest District Director for SHAPE America. He is a Past IAHPERD President and two-time Northeastern District President.
Mark has served on numerous SHAPE America committees and task forces and was recognized as the IAHPERD Middle School Physical Education Teacher of the Year (2017–18) and Midwest District SHAPE Middle School Physical Education Teacher of the Year (2018). Along with his wife, Becky, he is a state and national presenter and co-creator of CBHPE, a website offering free resources for health and physical education teachers.
